These were growing in a cluster behind a building. They all had individual roots and there were many of them. They look a lot like arugula. They also smell very pungent and sweet maybe slightly spicy. They are pinnate lobed and elliptic I think. I have searched through all my plant books and the internet for hours and have found nothing but arugula. I think they are very young and might eventually develop hairs. Maybe they will look very different someday.

Help! It's driving me crazy! Can I eat them?
