Gelatin Salad, omg my grandmother was a huge fan of gelatin salad. Gelatin Salad was her way of using up all the veggies in the refrig. It was served at every meal. My favorite she always made for me was orange jello, persimmons, mango, celery and carrots. Just might have to make some.
