I learned from a nursery lady a few years ago that English is usually not the first language for folks working the fields and potting up and labeling plants for market and sometimes plants get tagged with the wrong labels. There is also a problem in nurseries and big box stores when customers remove a label/tag to read about the plant and unintentionally puts it back in the wrong pot.
