the drip lines were easy to install... there is a connector you can just hook up to your faucet from the house... or Randy ran a hose that connects to PVC pipe and then off to my sprinklers, drippers and a garden hose he installed at the back of the yard

the bigger tube gets attached to a pressure regulator (we have city water and it can blow your skin off) there is a test you can do that is listed on the sprinkler warehouse website and time how long it takes to fill a gallon container.. and that will tell you if you need the regulator or not... we do... sooo after you hook up the lager supply line... we didn't dig anything.. I ran it along my retaining wall & cover it with mulch... from there there are little tubes you can just poke a hole anywhere in the supply line and run smaller lines out to where you need them.. and add the sprinkler head... pinch the end of the supply line where it ends with a clip they supply in the kit... and you are good to go... we ran this line 60 something feet and added in sprinkler heads to my "trees" and garden beds... if you want to get fancy you can add a timer to the whole thing... I didn't go that far though

in this photo you can see how we tried to hide the small tube the best we could .... the large supply line runs along the back of the posts and held on with U shaped clips that were nailed in
