Thanks for the link Lin. I've never heard of A. titanum being grown outdoors year round outside of the tropics. They bloom or produce a leaf and go dormant at any or all times of the year. They need consistent moisture, humidity and heat when actively growing but are prone to tuber rot when dormant if the soil is too wet.
