I do not know the average rainfall the last 15 years, exactly, but I do remember when my yard would flood from the rains, lush grass, and bushes from all the rain. It has been years since I have seen that. Used to have lots of toads show up as well. This year I was shocked to see one in the yard a few days ago. It has been many years since I saw toads as well. My area of town has definitely changed, sadly. I watch on the radar as the storms just split and go around this NW side of town. Strange. Blinking
