Tom - mine didn't bloom the first year either, but really increased and bloomed this year. It was a surprise "sleeper" in my garden.

Now I have a few that haven't bloomed at all since the first year, and those will be leaving if they don't bloom in the spring (it will be 3/4 years since they bloomed by then and I need the real estate).
