As far as I am aware, John Benz has always listed his address as 6th Avenue, not 6th Street.

Also, (and this is more common than many would suspect) a person's postal delivery address is not necessarily indicative of the city or town or other geopolitical area within which they reside. The city designation of a postal delivery address is, in most cases, simply that of the post office which receives and delivers the mail to that address.

Sorry for the typo. But, 6th Ave. is still in the city of Cincinnati and there is still no room to grow any decent amount of daylilies.
I'm very familiar with a postal address not matching the city you actually live in. I live in a rural area and my postal address lists Hamilton which is the closest city to my area. This is not the case for 6th street or Avenue in Cincinnati. They are both in the city and no place other than Cincinnati.
Now 20 miles North of Cincinnati you would be in rural farming area and there would be plenty of land to grow daylilies. That is why mr. Benz is growing them there.,
