I'm pretty sure your name would be allowed.

For example,
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Windswept Morning Angel') Windswept morning Angel was allowed even though there is a Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Morning Angel')

Here are the rules for naming a daylily.
