It looks like a nasty ol' Fatoua species weed. Fatoua villosa, perhaps.

I have Fatoua weed problems and would recommend pulling it and dumping it in the trash (not compost) asap. They come up in carpets of seedlings in the lawn, flower beds, flower pots, you name it. Thumbs down
