I am not 100% positive but I think you have the Burma Joy and Cherry Charm reversed. Do a comparison to other pictures but Burma Joy is normally a darker red.
I personally did not understand why Do Tell was the peony of the year a couple of years ago. It is so variable in shape and color no matter where it grows.
