I have now expanded this idea into a Christmas project. If I can find some large pinecones I want to paint them red with yellow centers for a basket of "Poinsettia". And maybe add a string of white lights. And you could also do silver or gold in a black basket also with lights. Oh the possibilities are endless!!!! Once my mind gets going....lol.
