I've enjoyed looking through the pics. I especially like the tree peony that you say is the pinker one.

Question---I have a small spot in my pink garden where I might be able to fit a tree peony. I have a hybrid tea rose there right now. But there are cottage pinks nearby that are spreading. Would it hurt to put a tree peony in there? Would it be okay with the cottage pinks perhaps spreading over its roots?

Most of my peonies have came and went. Right after each one opened, it rained. Plus I had the "great" idea to take off the supports this year just to see if they would flop (they did).

This was Edulis Superba
