I've never actually measured it. The following pic was taken this summer. The pink plant in front of it (the picture was taken from the back forward) is a low ground cover and the grey at the very front of the garden is a concrete block up an inch or two. Doesn't give as good a view as something else right beside a scape that we would be familiar with to compare with but it's all I have.



This pic taken 2 weeks later shows a scape in front of a rose maker used in the garden to label plants. I have 12" and 24" markers. This is definitely a 24" one in front of my Ruby Day lily and that would be poked into the ground somewhat to hold it up making the scape less than 27".
