Sorry, but I am not in agreement with the others on this one. To my eyes there is not enough information to make an identification. Unless my eyes are seeing it wrong, it appears that the leaves are in whorls of three which would make it a Catalpa.

Even if it is a Paulownia, identification would be nearly impossible from theses photos. Photos would need to be more clear to show details - even then a hand lens may bee needed. This link (from New Zealand) shows the difference between several Paulownia.
