As for vendor reviews, I asked about it in one of the forums but I don't think ATP has vendor review section.

I have a slightly smaller one now with one climbing nasturtium (I was hoping for 3 sprouts, but only one so far), and another of the smaller, 10" size I'm making today with green twine, for a blue plastic planter pot with some "Clark's heavenly blue" morning glories. I'll be planting those seeds in the next few days.

my great experience with Eldon Tropicals.
BTW, I'm putting some of these hanging planters up on etsy (and maybe Amazon's new hand crafted section). Are we allowed a "buy my stuff" link in our signatures here? Or is that kind of promotion not allowed?
