Hello Della, Been a long time since I've been at the site. This has just been a crazy busy year for me. I will post more info and pix in a separate message thread once I get settled in for the winter. I am pleased that you posted a pic of the seedling and hope that you have a few more growing. I hope that some of the seedlings will show the nice brushmarks and clear colors of the pollen parent. Napa Valley was used to hopefully increase the bud count. I did not get to plant any of the seeds from that particular cross, so it is good to see the resulting seedlings. Following are pix of Napa Valley and of pollen parent 11-187 (MyJoAnne x 1a sdlg nice pink white bi-color bsmk).

I hope you get some seeds from your cernuum crosses as they can be interesting and nice. And Rick is correct as to neglect being the right way to take care of cernuum (and pumilum) and some of the resulting seedlings. Pic of pumilum seedlings in a 1 gallon pot neglected in the garden for over 5 years.
