I know western red cedars grow here, my neighbors have huge ones. And they claim to grow in the same zones. The thing that would make me wonder about this one is the horizontal branches coming out like that. Would they be able to take our full, beating down, intense sun. That part would scare me.

But if anyone wants to try, they have them cheaper on ebay:

Oh crud, just notice, that's a bid tree, not a buy it now, so not sure if it would end up cheaper or not.
