I am all moved into my new 1000 sq foot home...wow. I downsized from 2,800 to this over a 5 year period. Several garage sales, lots of give-aways. Easy to keep clean but I miss a backyard so much.

Having 14 plants on the balcony isn't the same. Of all things I miss the most (besides the color!) is the hose...I used to love watering my plants...and my feet to cool off.

And of all the plants I somehow forgot to take was an Arizona Poinsettia, one of my favorites. Now I need one!

I don't have an Arizona Poinsettia but have more than enough spider plants and a couple types of wandering jew that have taken over the front grotto area!! Let me know if you need/want any!! You guys done good on recommending just the right plants for that area It's a small jungle out there!

haha, Christine... I used to be the Spider Plant addict...still love them and have two that have multiple babies. And I have 3 varieties of wandering jew so am set. Just need AZ Poinsettias. I can't believe it! How could I have left so many in the ground?????

They are all doing well. Isaias the youngest just turned 7!!

Wow! I forgot he was in the middle of Rose and David! Glad to hear they are doing well!! I do hope we can get together again at a plant swap! It's been ages since I've seen any of you except for Kelly! Even a BBQ sometime would be nice but I know how busy you are!!

Talk to Ben and let me know when you want to get together. A barbecue would be fun!!

WELL. Hmmmmmmm.
Very odd that you should show this vid, Alan. First week in June I slammed my thumb in the car door. It hurt like heck and I wondered if the nail would eventually fall off. It's worse looking than the dude in this video. I thought about releasing the pressure... something my grandfather said to do. He was fastidious with his nails and hands.

Glad I finished my lunch before watching... but, really ... I don't have a weak stomach.
