Tubular flowers are three inches long!

Antoinette opens yellow and becomes infused with pink as the blooms age. A multi-flowered tulip, it has a long bloom period. The leaves are edged cream. Highly recommended!

This is the original lily of this name, hybridized by Edward McRae and registered by the Oregon Bulb Farms in 1986.

A very tasty, sweet cherry type tomato, about an inch across. I have to admit they never make it into the house. My two toddler grandchildren love to graze the garden for these when they visit. They also resist splitting on the vine.

An Italian heirloom, the name means oxheart. It is indeterminate; open pollinated. Cuor di Bue is good for sauce, salsa, and just plain eating. The odd shape resembles a puckered up pouch.

Brushstroke opens pastel yellow and lightens to a light cream as the bloom ages.

The intensity of the pink color varies quite a bit with age of the bloom, starting darker then lightening up.

Shade or cooler weather may bring a wash of pink and cream to the petal tips.

This one has quickly become one of my favorite Japanese irises. A tetraploid, the blooms last several days and lighten up from the edges towards the midvein prior to the bloom weakening and wilting.

This lily is noted for having very hairy stems and buds. It is also pollen free.

This lily lightens somewhat to a yellow orange color as the bloom matures. It is described as slightly fragrant in the Lily Register.
