Thanks, it's quite subtle, but very nice and a good grower too.

Up date on this little NOID which I'm sure now is a seedling.
First bloom
Thumb of 2019-05-06/tveguy3/2d93f5

Second bloom
Thumb of 2019-05-12/tveguy3/8eed7a

Third Bloom
A third different one at a different height has bloomed. This bloom was down in the foliage.
Thumb of 2019-05-12/tveguy3/6bcca7

There is another bloom stalk at a different height yet that hasn't bloomed.

No, more likely a stray seed pod dumped some seed in one spot and some grew, each being a little different. That's my theory.

Oh, now I get it. Several seedlings. I have noticed seedlings sprouting up in different parts of the garden. Some places where no irises grow. I wonder if the birds plant them around.

The first and third look like they could be the same iris. That second one though is a whole other story.

Love your little ones Tom! Hurray!

Casper, Gremlin and Two Thumbs are fantastic and I like that first seed pod seedling with the muted colours a lot too. Lovey dubby

Do you have special beds for the little ones or do they share with the talls - or are they in mixed beds? I'm all ears!

The first and third are slightly different, first has baby blue striations, not to visible in the pictures, the third one has white striations and darker standards. In person, the differences are easier to see. Waiting to see number 4.

Lilli, I mix the littles in with the others. Mostly around the front of them, I do have one very small bed with mostly the little ones. Here's a picture of a mixed bed that I took today near the house. Not much color yet, but a couple of little ones, and of course a dandelion I missed. Hilarious!

Thank You! Tom! It's always nice to see some bed pictures too. I tip my hat to you.

You missed a dandelion? Blinking
I suspect I missed a few more than that:

Beautiful Tom! Your mixed beds are lovely, so neat and tidy. I would be quite pleased if there was only one lone dandelion in my garden. Afraid I'm running a very close second to Lilli. Smiling

Reminds me. I read an article a while back that said you could tell a lot about your soil based on the weeds that grew. Thought that was fascinating.

They are supposed to be good for you. I heard somebody hybridized them and now there is a pink variety. I'm tempted get them but all the neighbors would probably figure out where they were coming from lol!
