I made some syrup from the dandelion flowers, it took me an entire afternoon to separate the petals from the rest (in part because I was greedy and picked several litres of flowers ) and the result was less exciting than I had hoped, but at least now I can say I tried it. In future, I'l stick with the rhubarb and elderflower syrups - much easier to make and tastier too.
