I have never ordered from them. Prices look pretty good. They ship in 3 inch pots so I would guess plants are on the small side. If you do order let us know what they look like.

Neighbor ordered from them, I took the order, like Bob said 3" pots. They had a large back yard, they were looking for a lot of plants for minimum price. Took approximately 5-7 years to grow to a decent size, in a more receptive climate the growth would be quicker.

Most of my hosta collection were plugs or 3" pots. I pot them up for the first year to improve the root system. The prices are very reasonable, but you do have to be patient!

I buy organic leaf compost by the truck load. I bet I can get them up to speed in a couple years.
I will let you know. A online friend said she had ordered a few and was happy.

Also bummed that my order from hostafever isn't getting shipped as they're too concerned about mailing delays. So I'll likely have to wait until next season for some of the ones I really wanted. Might find a few on my list locally... we've been marked the safest place to be in North America so things are opening up quite quickly. 😸

I've divided it once and took out some solid green. I've had it for several years and that's the only time I've had to do it. Bonus, though... I ended up with two plants in my gardens! There were enough good eyes that I divided it! Is it hard to find? I haven't looked to see if it's available.

Only place that has it is Land of Giant Hosta that is asking $150 should have bought it when it was selling for around $50 which I thought was a lot at that time so I bought the Confused Angel instead. Saw it on E-bay last year for $ 65 but did not recognize the seller and did not want to take the chance. After buying Athena which converted so quickly I try to be careful about the streaked ones.

I do not have that one. I really only have a couple of streaked ones. Like I said after Athena I been kind of leery about getting them. Brave Attempt and Confused Angel have both been stable. I also have Savannah Supreme but have been told the streaking will not last. Really only have room for a few more Hosta so want to make the right selections.

I have a friend that has an OS Gunther's Prize and it reverted rather quickly for her. Mine is a tissue culture (I think) that I purchased from Naylor Creek for $45.00 several years ago. Glad I did now that I'm seeing the current asking price!

We're on the banks of the Mississippi in west central Illinois. We're about an hour south of the Quad Cities.
