Thanks Stephanie. The daylilies love the weather so far this year, just about all have scapes, I am so hoping the weather holds and we don't get an early frost in August.

I am thinking of climbing on the shed roof to prune the willow, maybe have my photo taken up there!

Voila Francois is such a beauty. I grow it here and it has been blooming for a couple of months, but has about finished. I wish it would set pods for me, but it never has and I have tried many, many times.

Oh Ann That is too sad as it is such a beauty and strong bloomer, I wonder if there is anything that could stimulate it.

Margaret doing better but rght wrist so weak and real sore today as cut up veggies from the garden yesterday for supper. That is all it will handle.

I just love Here Lies Butch, Braided Lightning, the bold colors of Merry Moppet,
Leslie Renee, Sunshine All Day, Lillian's Jinger Bred, the bold colors of
Parrots of the Caribbean, and I keep going back to look at Competition.
Competition is one that I would want to cross with something. I see lots of
possibilities, but then I begin to think like that with so many.

Betty, you have some gorgeous daylilies. I have enjoyed all you photos. Today Here Lies Butch and Parrots of the Caribbean really stand out.

Thanks guys! I'm down to just about no blooms at all now -- but I have some from my Maryott's order pushing up scapes with a few buds, so maybe in a few weeks I'll have a few more pictures to share.

I haven't posted any photos in a very long time until I posted one yesterday. It has been a very bad year here for daylilies, and I just about got burned out. I am now to the point of taking photos again, now that there isn't much to photograph. The heat here has washed out some of the colors.

Last bloom on Grandma's Ruffled Curtains unless it puts up another rebloom scape. This is definitely not its best bloom but it has been blooming since late May or early June.

My absolute favorite of all the new ones this year is Cherry Ice Cream Smile. Every bloom is perfection to my eyes. The color is more washed out in the heat. It has been blooming since May.
