Reminds me of a Black Eyed Susan vine bloom (Thunbergia). Very cool.

In the banner shot, the blooms & even the leaves reminded me of Allamanda
Golden Trumpet (Allamanda cathartica 'Golden Butterfly')

but I knew it wasn't that. Cool plant! Great banner & thanks for sharing the pic of the entire plant.

I agree with everyone......very pretty banner, Baja! Thumbs up

Thanks for the whole image, too.

It looks compact vs a tall one (?)
Can you please show us the side view as well?

Thanks! Smiling

Yes, it is the most compact one, a blob.

Here is a side view from when it was flowering, and today (dead leaves and all).

Amazing plant, Baja! Blinking

Does it have a species or cultivar name?

The contrast between the form & bloom
make it very special. Thumbs up
