I see Dr. tomorrow. Same old stuff. Tried a new breathing inhaler, only once a day. It seems to work around the house. but if I walk too far I start to puff. the old medication gives me a throat infection. We will see which is best.

Interesting article, Neil. We have the witch hazel with the yellow flowers in our area, but of course, not in bloom now.

I went to the Hospital today and the weather was not bad, Two and a half hours later I came out and it was blowing a gale, Freezing shards of ice cold particles, hit me and everyone else. The wind was awesome and these ice particles hurt, Too cold for snow.
Hope everyone is OK. Made some onion soup and let this gale pass.
Regards to all.

Dear Vicki, I went to the Hospital as I have hurt my knee. So I have to go to Physiotherapy twice a week. Although my physiotherapist tortures me; she is drop dead gorgeous so I don't mind! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
Hugs.

Dear all, so nice to hear from you! The wonderful physiotherapist at the Hospital says I will soon be well! Mind you she also said " you are not aged, and your face is like a well written page."
So I replied " more like a badly written gardening book, that has been well stamped on."
She could not stop laughing. Maybe I am too logical.
Take care and keep warm.
Regards and warmth from England.
Neil.

It's too cold here to do any gardening. the sort of damp cold that England would have. Came home from church & took a nap under a heavy quilt to get warm.

The weather where I am is GREY! Almost 6 days out of every 7 no sun. The only light spot in the yard is the various birds and my 16 wild turkeys who come everyday for corn. I'm already counting the days 'till spring.

We have batches of turkeys come through. they were reintroduced to the area in the 1970s & John & consider them pests because they like to due dustbaths in our iris beds.

domestic turkeys raised on farms. The hunting season on the wild ones varies by county. Our Christmas dinner is roast beef & Yorkshire pudding. I hope to drive to the store which sells plum pudding tomorrow. It is supposed to be raining the rest of the week & it is a half hour drive. (also looking for dragons.) We did a Skype with son in laws' equipment during the thanksgiving break & youngest granddaughters (age 12 & 10) have turned out to be dragon collectors. One dragon glows in the dark.

So Lucy, you eat a classic British roast dinner fro Christmas. That is great that you eat roast beef, however we eat Goose which is traditional. Then you do not eat turkey but your granddaughters eat glow in the dark Dragons. Because the shooting season for turkeys varies form state to state! How strange!
Regards.
Neil.

Dragon search postponed because 19°F & John does not feel like doing the drive. I have not asked if the girls reflect light at Christmas dinner. Only one dragon is glow in the dark. I can remember my mother talking about goose one year. All dark meat? I would not like that. John's family had the roast beef at his grandmother's so we do that. My mom made plum pudding, but we buy ours--I think Crosse & Blackwell.
