I do so hope everyone is well and had a fantastic Christmas and New Year? The weather here is awful and does not help my knees! I simply cannot walk and it is getting me down.
Lucy Goose is most wonderful, and don't forget in some countries they eat Horse meat, and that is dark as well!
Love & Hugs to all.
Neil.

I so hope everyone is well! Unfortunately the Hospital tell me I had a mini stroke, which caused my fall. Just a smashed head, elbow and shoulder and the ability to walk! Getting better now, albeit slowly.
I am so sorry I have not been in contact. I do hope you understand life has bee a tad difficult.
Love you all lots.
Neil.

I so hope everyone is OK? Just a piece of advice. If they ever send you to a Neuro Vascular Lab. Don't go, it hurts.
Some pictures I managed to take.

Happy birthday Neil 🌻. Hope your health is improving with springtime, nicer weather and lots of growth and blooms. We have had a long winter with alternating snowstorms and rainstorms. Someone predicted that our weather would improve at spring solstice which was yesterday.

I hope that spring is on it's way here. Yesterday I managed to plant a small acer seedling here in my country place, but yesterday was the International day of Forests. Not that we have any forests to speak of, but we keep trying and I call my piece of land " my woodland garden". I have never planted a tree this early as the earth is usually hard frozen down 40-50 cm at this time of year. But although the winter was colder than average we didn't get very hard frosts on bare ground. I am hoping that spring is just behind the corner and I'm looking forwards to staying here in the country more often.

We saw the solar eclipse last friday wery well as there were almost no clouds in the sky up here. Were you able to see the Solar eclipse last friday?
Magga

I hope that you are having nice spring weather in London Neil Smiling . As I haven't seen you here for a long time I am worried about you. I hope and pray your health is improving. Lovey dubby .
I was just now re-reading your articles: Historic Greenwich and the Royal Park. I really love your articles and I read them again and again, they give such an inspiration and all the photographs are beautiful.

I was in London in October 2010 and by your suggestion I visited Greenwich Park. By that time almost all the autumn leaves were fallen here in Iceland. As I get colour crazy every autumn this was just the place for me. Here is a link to some of my photos from Greenwich Park in October. Although you can't read the words which are in Icelandic I hope you enjoy the pictures.

I had an epileptic seizure, so they took mr into Hospital. Then they put me in their University building where they are doing research. They never told me, just stuck me in there. So I have untrained nurses drip feeding me after putting a cannula in my right arm, which I did not need at all. Four days of hell. Then much to this Doctors research project I walked out. Unfortunately this massive needle with its plastic tubes was stuck in my arm. My wife had to take me back to Accident & Emergency to have it removed, and it hurt. They were shocked by what they had to do, considering it was their own Hospital.
So have not been well at all. Arm still bandaged and most sore.
Soon get better I hope.
Love to all.
Neil.
