Definitely a H. pubicalyx; on some cultivars, leaves can be splashed silver, pink or even totally purple. Sun stressed leaves can be all sorts of shades of pinkish-red. The blooms should more determine which cultivar your plant is.
I bought cuttings from Australia in a Hoya Co-op on DG about 10 years ago of what was supposed to be
Wax Plant (Hoya pubicalyx 'Royal Hawaiian Purple') which can have pink splashed or really deep reddish-purple leaves and the blooms are a really gorgeous purple color. When my cuttings matured and bloomed, much to my dismay, my plant was determined to be
Wax Plant (Hoya pubicalyx 'Red Buttons') rather than 'Royal Hawaiian Purple'.
