Very nice plants and I could not help but notice how different the roots look on her plants than than those from the plants from many of the other vendors. Almost none of the fine almost hair like roots that show on the plants of other vendors.

I received these orders two weeks ago, or there about. Most of the Floyd Cove plants have scapes now, and I plan to let them bloom.

On Thursday I received my plants from Nicole DeVito (Nicole's Daylilies) and got them planted yesterday after soaking the roots overnight. And what incredible plants!

SKY MIRAGE - 3 huge fans and root ball (2nd picture), and today I noticed a scape starting to emerge from each fan!
SUGAR RIMMED - 4 large fans
MISS CONNIE KERR VOGT - 2 large fans
ELEMENTAL FORCES - 4 large fans, a gift plant!

Wow! I am so impressed -- I ordered and paid for them on Monday through PayPal and actually received the plants on Thursday! Now that's great service!

Those are beautiful plants, and very impressive fans and roots!

Those are nice...they have those hairy roots that Larry mentioned earlier. I've never ordered from Nicole DeVito before, but I do have several of her plants.

Plants arrived today from Pat Ball and they look great. I got extra fans and a bonus of Dream a Little Dream, which is one her own hybridized plants.

I received my 2nd order from GH Wild today. OMG...so very many daylily fans!

I had a coupon for 10 free unnamed daylilies. Much like the 10 Mahieu spiders in my last Wild order, I have no clue what I'm getting. I'm sure I'll like most of the Mahieus and some of these.

I'd also ordered 8 named cultivars. Of those, 4 were BOGO. For one of those, Summer Blush, they sent me 10 fans. Yikes. Luckily, it's very pretty!

On that last one, I ASSUME it's 'Siloam Tee Tiny'. They had it listed as "Teeny Tiny" (no Siloam prefix). There's no cultivar registered that way, and the description is the same as STT, so I'm guessing it's the same.

Nice pairings....I'm always amazed at how well Gilbert Wild plants perform considering how they look when you get them.

Thanks! I wasn't thinking of pairings when I ordered, but they seed pretty natural. They're only temporary, of course...those 10 fans of Summer Blush will only put up with shared space for so long lol.

Larry said the same thing about his GH Wild daylily orders. Tiny...but healthy. They actually looked pretty darn good, if small. A few "past date" roots had to be pruned off, but otherwise pretty rambunctious root systems all around. Soooo many roots in those 10 little Summer Blush plants!

I've been pleased with my GH Wild plants. They're definitely smaller than Breeze, for example, or even Oakes or Rita Bee's or even the monsters I got Along the Fence Daylilies in MI late last summer. I'm actually really excited to see what my 10 unnamed spiders and 10 unnamed regulars look like.

If I'm not nuts about em, I'll plant em at school or gift them to friends/colleagues. After all, almost everyone's mailbox gets full sun...and almost everyone's gonna need a pick-me-up by late summer.

I haven't been on here in a while but, heck it's time to get new plants. I placed and order today with Oakes and I'm so excited to be adding more flowers to my small gardening space. I'll pack in as many as I can. Can't wait for them to come. You all have such beauties!

I only bought one from Wild this year. Spacecoast Devil's Eye.
I got some of those freebies last year that languished in water all summer before being planted late fall in a group. I have been seeing some green in that area . All they are getting this year is a little water and fertilizer. That's it !

Plants arrived today from Mark Sattelmeier and Mark Carpenter. Two of the Sattelmeier plants had small scapes, Ready Set Go and It's a Heartbreaker!

Sattelmeier sent extra fans of Spanish Fiesta as a bonus.

I took some pics of my 2nd GH Wild order, 8 named cultivars and 10 (actually 12) unnamed daylilies. Here they are, from box to pots!

I had another order arrive today, cultivars from Dan Hansen at Ladybug Daylilies. I ordered two, but he sent me a third. I'm excited for these!
