DH was walking in the front yard and found the bottom to my little man that is similar to the little girl I posted a ways back. I finally got around to putting him back together. Here is the little girl again.

I finally got these pieces painted and ready to go outside. Yesterday DH put the screws in the bottom boards to hold the geese upright.

I'm amazed at how much you get done, Jeanne. I have a long list of things I'd like to do, but I can't get much of it done anymore. It's sad. I really enjoy seeing photos of your creations and your garden.

Good morning. I thought I would update you on a few of my decor do overs. I finished my wind chimes made from aluminum drink bottles. My DH's brother made me a round center disk from an old windmill fan blade from DH's uncle's farm. It is hanging in the middle and the bottles bump up against it. Then we hung the chimes in Dizzy's Garden. When I have been out there working or sitting under the shade tree, I can hear it chiming. I am so pleased with how it turned out.

Recently DH and I hung up my boy on a swing in the tree by my sitting area in Dizzy's Garden.

Eventually we will get some of the other things put on the garden shed. I put the geese out by my sitting area but the wind keeps blowing them over. I will have to try to anchor them down somehow.

Very cool chimes, Jeanne. Would spray painting the bottles ruin (change) the sound production? Is that why you chose not to spray paint them? It would look cool if some of the chimes were different colors.

I remember my grandmother had a painted swinging boy also.

Are the plates on your fence like distance markers to help you with row spacing? I like that idea.
Not only people give others signs, but plants do too.

Thanks Vic. I will take a close up of the chain in the middle with the yellow rectangles. There are actually two of those on the chain and they are made of glass. The fan blade is hanging on the chain horizontally. I put glass there to help catch the wind to move the fan disc. But actually the wind blows the bottles into it.

Thanks Ian. The glass plates on the fence are actually glass flowers that I made. They have a spoon or a fork glued on the back so they can hang on my fence as decorations. I made a bunch of them and they are scattered all around my gardens. I never thought to paint the aluminum bottles. I just thought they were cool as they were. I would be afraid that the paint would chip off over time.
