How do I get one?

Sylvia, sounds like you have had a time of it. Hip surgery, loosing trees, and ruining soil? What the heck kinda mulch were you using? SMH, hope I do not get a hold of any! Maybe one day you can get a good property! I have Birch trees on the south side of the house. Two of them and the roots are very invasive, but I put up with it so I can have the shade and siting under them is always 20° cooler than inside the fence. Wonderful!
Out back was full sun, hot and blazing. I have built a trellis beside the back door for shade and we also sit out there unless I have a thousand potted plants like now! Also I planted a Cherry Tree to provide some shade in the back yard, It is three years old now and my husband bought me a picnic table, we actually eat out there sometimes! Here are some pictures of my yard.

Here are a couple of undulata albomarginata. These are usually up for me by the end of March.

This is just a miscellaneous picture that has some hostas from Sylvia's previous coops. Nigrescens (to the left of the beautyberry), hyacinthina (right of the beautyberry), Emerald Tiara, Grand Tiara, Reptilian, Revolution, tokudama aureonebulosa (which do NOT do well in the South).

(Some of the others are Paradise Joyce, Fire Island, Lakeside Coal Miner, Elvis Lives, Sagae, Queen of the Seas.)

Here are the Emerald Tiaras that I want more of, Sylvia, so keep looking! They are so gorgeous!
