Its bitter cold here today 24* but 40 mph wind brings it down a lot.The sun is out so our dusting of snow is gone.March is like that here.In a week it will be in the 50's again.

Not much going on here. Last week Pieris Passion was blooming but is quite small, I got it from Mamajacks last summer. Then today more Daffodils, but these have the orange in the middle and I do like them a lot. Not sure of the names and sorry for the bad pictures. Looks like I am a little rusty.

I had bought a white one two years ago and it died. I was very disappointed because I saw one at the park and it was huge and beautiful. I was calling it 'Andromeda' , that was the name I wrote down from the park. Boy am I confused, I finally found it in the database and it is under 'Japanese Pieris' but had Andromeda as a common name. Maybe I will look at the tag.

Heuchera coral bells and Salvia may night has come back...I have underestimated watering last year..almost died ..now I know better..needs stepped up watering as it wakes up.
Now these spider plants....too contented in the garden..have already divided and sent away a lot last May 2012. Becoming a forest in that corner already.
I think mine are dead.
