There might be some more in spring too. Lots of things are getting propagated.

I have two giants that are close.

It's in the fall catalog for spring delivery I believe.

I just gathered seed from it X it grey and pink sib. The mind boggles at how big they can get!

Okay, what is a "bed stretcher"?

I used to secretly add inches to my beds and inches away from the lawn at my folks' place when they left me alone. Easy to add 6" and no one is the wiser!!

Unfortunately the magical bed stretcher where you just tweak your nose like on Bewitched is a thing of myth only!

I am amazed how many things I can fit into a bed, even those big boys.

My problem is that my largest bed is completely full of cultivars. No more room at the inn. The second bed has room, but that's the one I call the furnace bed. Rolling my eyes.

You may have to try getting your plants in EARLY in the furnace bed before it becomes a furnace. Add some extra fertilizer and good soil to the new transplants.

I have faith you can tackle the furnace bed!

Thank you Kevin for you vote of confidence.
I know it's doable. I have about 20 cultivars that are living there and are doing well. CC 'Steel Appeal', CC 'Copper Canyon' and CC 'Gold Mine' are three of them.
