Oh, that just came available on CBC, where I also get Ghosts* . I've been fighting with amazon prime (I won) so I'm back watching castle tonight, but I'll get 'round to all of them.
* It costs Canadians nothing to sign on to stream regular programming; for $5 a month, you get more content, sooner. And they don't suddenly disappear programs; they keep them in accessible archives for a long time. And they get lots of shows that were on PBS, which I don't get anymore, and miss. I get TVO free, mostly for the documentaries. Knowledge is free, but I make a yearly donation. There, too, I get lots of BBC programs - unfortunately, for only a month per episode - as well as Canadian content and archived documentaries. On the whole, streaming public television is a super deal!
Behind every opportunity is a disaster in waiting.

Bob Saget, well, that's too young to pass, IMO. I remember him from America's Funniest Home videos. Never watched the show after he retired as the host. He was so corny he was funny.

So I have been Watching Star Trek Discovery Season 4 all along. But now they have gone off on a mid season break till February 4th. Didn't even realize there would be a mid season break. But they stopped on a real plot cliff hanger so of course one is just totally impatient to see what happens next.

I can remember as a kid there were no breaks in TV. It ran from spring to fall. Now we have, fall finale, winter finale, all kinds of breaks. And the money they make for really just a few weeks of shows Whistling

There were a lot fewer tv shows back then. And only three stations, unless you count PBS. A simpler life, simpler time.
The huge variety of shows and channels makes this short season possible. In other words, be careful what you want, you may get it.
We asked for this plethora of shows and stations.
Also people's decreased attention span has something to do with shorter shows.

We subscribed this year to Paramount + since we want to watch more of the Star trek shows. Big Grin And there are other good shows inside, so it is okay.
With the way things go..just relish what we can watch..life too short..enjoy and have fun while we all remain indoors most of the time.

I have an issue of movies made from Kings books because I've already read the book and have a preconceived notion of what the movie should be. I did like IT.

As I wait for new episodes of Star Trek Discovery and Picard, I started to watch another series in Paramount +. The show is entitled Evil. Somehow it initially reminded me of the X-File series when the lead actors were out investigating or debunking unexplained phenomena.

But that is as far as the similarities went. This new series is interesting. I would admit I am easily a scaredy cat, Big Grin , so it succeeds in making me scared..but I still keep on watching Hilarious! Hilarious!

Very few series these days makes my hubby and I watch a series together, so this is a nice addition to shows we both like.
