Member @codielane's last post was June 2022, so she likely hasn't seen my July 2022 post regarding her database photo. I still believe that the photo is at the incorrect database entry and I've submitted a proposal to move it over to the entry for Heart Leaf Philodendron (Philodendron hederaceum 'Aureum')
The cultivar 'Aureum' is also sold as 'Lemon Lime' but the true 'Lemon Lime' has spade shaped leaves.
