Time for a new month of blooms! Here's a glad from one of bleek's co-ops a few years ago. The dark, velvety color makes me smile...

Oops, sorry, Bev. I forgot to name them.. I fixed it. I have been posting in the plant name forums , but I thought I should start posting here, so new folks could check out what grows for us in the south. Thanks so much for this cubit.

I have 2 that are currently blooming. This one that I must crawl in and find the tag for and Jenny Bloom that I thought was gone long ago. I noticed it the day that we left for the beach and didn't go out yesterday to look for it again. Must do that today.

I think it might be lily pies. I got mine from either there or YuccaDoo. I love that Knifophia !!
I wish they would grow here.

Thanks:) I didn't have much luck with knifophia at first. I finally planted some in some pretty good shade and was surprised at how much better they did.

Here's Plant Delights pic of Z. Lily Pies.

Another cool crinum Marie! Good luck with the kniphofia. I have had good luck growing them from seed as well. Matter of fact, I have some seedlings that must go in the ground this week. Pic of your new clearance deal?
