I will try and remeber tot ake a picture tonight but it is not much to look at. Just a pile of what looks like extra long grass leaves.

That crinum is huge and needs to be moved the trunk is at least 12 inches around I think.
If and when I do get it moved There might be a baby or two I can share.

Yeah I was quite surprised to see that lily. They are difficult to grow here, but I love them so much. I am sure I can come up with some noid crinums for you when I move some more in the fall. They are babies and I have no clue what you will get!!

gemini, the stout stalks you inquired about are self-sown sunflowers from the Kong strain. From this perspective the Lucifers are growing in the bottom right area. The lilies to the left are 5 to 6 foot Scheherazades.

Whoa...night pictures! Those are some amazing sunflowers...my dh loves them and the taller the better. Braggin' rights I suppose.

Hey Debbie. I have a couple of clumps of smaller yaller daffs and bigger yaller daffs. Wanna try some of them before you invest in more? Be glad to dig a few hither and yon...Course this time of the year I'll have to excavate gently, lol!

LOL, Bev, you are too sweet. More than likely, the ones that are still planted from last year, will come up this spring. I think I just planted them too late. And of course, you know I'm gonna order some more. I can't wait til Bert gets his fall co op going. I love to buy bulbs. And except for my daff's, everything I've ever bought from Bert comes up beautifully.

Beautiful glad bloom Debbie!! My lycoris have started blooming. Not sure what is up since I thought that they should be blooming in the fall. My longituba is also opening and if I can catch it with all of the buds open I will post a picture.

I love the lycoris pic...Mighty purdy!!

Here is Eucomis Sparkling Burgandy in bloom. It does lose some of its purple foliage color in this location. More sun, more green.

Dunno...wanna try it? Tony Avent lists its hardiness zone as '6-9 at least'. I'm sure I could find a pup or two in there.

Wow that lily is awesome!! I will be adding more to my garden next year for sure.

I would love to try it. I have a crinum dug for you but want to see if I can dig a pup from any of the other so you at least get a chance with the colors.

Not a rain lily a 14.00 bulb . Lycoris Longituba Not even sure what I was thinking when I bought it. It does not pack enough wow for that price!!
