Yeah, that was going to be my next question, too. IE is NOT ATP friendly. Rolling my eyes.

I just tried it with IE and it does not work there, with Chrome it does.

The problem with IE is that it hasn't been updated in centuries. So a lot of the snazzy technology that's come up in recent years (like the openable dialog box we use here at ATP to add a plant to our list) simply can't work in IE without jumping through a lot of hoops to make it work.

Really, nobody should be using IE anymore. I feel like Microsoft stopped working on it forever ago and just gave up. Everyone should load up one of the modern web browsers like Chrome or Firefox. It's good not just for ATP but for the whole web.

and when you switch to FireFox it imports your ie favorites into your bookmarks folder. If my mother can deal with a new browser, anyone can.

IE Thumbs down

FF Thumbs up

I originally switched so I could add plants here at ATP, and have been happy ever since.

There are several ancient things at work that FORCE me to use IE, and every time I do, it makes me pull my hair out.

I never knew how many annoying things were the sole fault of IE!
