Such gorgeous photos of blossoms this year. Thanks everyone for
taking the time to post them.

I've only had a couple of kinda decent blooms so far, and a few that are not even
worthy of photographing. Looks like the first buds on many that wintered here are deformed, maybe due to
cool nights. So, still waiting for the show to get under way. Maybe I'll get excited about
bloom season soon though. It has been a weird disappointing year so far.

Sure does help to see all the beauties here. Gives me hope.

Betty, I really love Rollercoaster Rush.

Ann, Dancing Jubilee is so pretty. Still waiting on mine to put up scapes.

I'm also putting on my list Indigo Edge, Marina del Rey, and I'm a Big Timer.

All are so lovely that it is difficult to choose. I'm sure I missed some. Have to go
back to look again.

Betty, your daylilies are always gorgeous! Thanks for sharing them with us! I really love Sun Scream. I need to get more oranges, since I only have a couple, and I think this is one that I need after seeing your pictures!

I agree Everyone has such fantastic blooms this year!

Anyone have any ugly blooms that they would like to share? I love the pretty ones so much, but the ugly ones get me laughing, and I do love to laugh! If any of you are willing to take some pictures, please start a new thread for them! Ugly seedlings are awesome too. Makes people like me feel better about our own ugly seedlings!

Natalie, I'm afraid the hybridizers would get very upset if we posted ugly pictures of their intros. But I have a couple I would LIKE to post.

Wow everyone, great pictures. I'm so happy to see what the new ones really look like in your gardens, not in someone's greenhouse.

I will take a few pictures and maybe have time to post some later.

Michelle, don't you just LOVE Sheika? Mine is reblooming this morning.

Emma's Curls is just freakin awesome. So is Rouge Pretty Baby.

Natalie - here is an Ugs for you. COSMIC TRAVELER was a gift plant, and even though I know I am supposed to cut the scapes of these newbies, I like to see what they are going to look like - instead of waiting a year. Realize that this is out of bloom season for my area, + the weather has been very cool, wet & grey.

Thumb of 2013-06-08/philljm/94724b

It is just way too washed out - and since we had no sun yesterday, the fading can't be blamed on it! It IS still blooming this morning though, it reminds me of late reblooms I had last year and how they acted. ~Jan
