I don't have any photos of THE POWER OF PEACE yet. The scapes that I had got messed up by our late freezes we had and I'm waiting on the rebloom scapes. We are about a month behind on our bloom season here so the rebloom scapes are behind schedule.

I haven't had much time to take photos, but here are a few I got

GRANDMA'S RUFFLED CURTAINS a lot more peachy here, but it should calm down a bit after the next couple of blooms. The added milorganite and high iron content in the water seems to do this.

Michele, glad to see that Grandma's Ruffled Curtains is blooming for you. That color is quite different than the one here, but looks similar to the color of Fred's photo a few days ago. I will be interested to see more photos. It emphasizes that daylilies can look very different in different climates, different growing conditions, etc.

This is all I have of his new ones, but other people are posting photos. Ann just posted a picutre of Game Face.

A few for today. My season is winding down and due to thrip damage, some just are not worthy of a picture. Thrips have been horrible this year, some flowers are warped and refuse to open. I sprayed yesterday but it is probably too little too late.

Overheated was really pretty yesterday.


Marina Del Rey is much lighter in color with the heat but still very very pretty. It is now starting to look look more like Xylophone Jazz to me. But it is much bigger.


I will go out now and see if anything is worthy of a photo today.

Shive great picture of WOIA - it does great here, hangs on opening once in a while but everything else is so good that I've used it heavily for hybridizing. Can't wait t see the kids.

Dot - love Buffalo Thunder! Thrips are bad here too. Home garden is not too bad as I sprayed but school garden shows lots of damage.

Loving the pictures everyone!!! I was weeding most of the day yesterday and I have scapes everywhere now. Won't be long before I will have pics to share. Went out and bought a new card for my camera. I just had way too many pictures on the other card and I really didn't want to delete any of them.

I saw an awesome picture of Spinefeld on Facebook. It was so good that I saved it, but hesitate to post it here. OK I will post it and give the photographer credit.
