Me too. I am also noteably a sucker for anything that flowers from seed for me

Thanks, Susan ~ you're going to have to swing by sometime. Things look very different now as we've put in 7 trees, several beds and retaining walls. OH!... and the lawn isn't dead!

I am very busy for that. I mantain a large collection of tulips (over 600 rare varieties), plus different other bulbous plants and roses. So can't find free time for that. Though I grew 'Golden Splendour' x 'Pink Perfection' seeds before. They mainly produced beautiful creme and cream with pink edges seedlings. This year I want to try my 'Golden Splendour' x 'Golden Splendour' with the hopes to get symilar looking seedlins. My 'Golden Splendour' is not a starin, a true variety, but I suspect to be virused. I grow it in isolation so far.

Now I am just thinking to try some trumpets from seeds.
