We shall see what happens next!

Greg, yes! Smiling I am shivering just thinking and remembering!!! Brrrr... and that makes me want to stay here!!!

Marilyn, it is Zone 7A (those crazy zones, though! Blinking ). It can get to the teens and big blizzards and Nor-easters with plenty of snow. And very long winters. Yes! I will love to share the adventure with you all.

Lynn, yes! the semps would have much deeper color and really love it!! Lovey dubby It would be very interesting to see how they do there, as when we lived there before, I did not have even one Semp!

.................Hard to believe, but true! Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious!

My best reason for growing semps (above and beyond how absolutely fascinating they are) is that I can grow a LOT of varieties in a relatively small outdoor space.

If you have access to Facebook, take a look here to see my primary semps planting area in the main photograph. While you're there, consider liking my page if you're so inclined.

Believe me, being retired is NOT in the cards for anyone running a nursery. I just hope I drop in somebodys' garden and then I will have died happy.
