You don't need to type sempervivum in this area. Just the name of plant.

We've been having rain and sunshine and clouds, What a beautiful day. The temps are in the 50's, so it is nice day.

It has been unseasonable warm here, night time in the upper 30's and daytime in the 40's to 50's. That may all change this weekend. I better get out and take some photos while I can.
