Joe - I agree some get huge. The tetraploid Aurelians & OT's are the biggest for me and my L. henryi seedlings look similar to the one you showed.
Here is my seedling pots moved out of the basement (moved out 3 weeks ago) to the sidewalk on the side of the house where they are being acclimated to outside conditions. They are on the east side of the house and don't see direct sun in this location. These are all Aurelian & OT seedlings and the fastest growing ones that I couldn't manage well inside where the leaves were running into the lights. You don't see the spindly slow growing ones still languishing under lights inside in this picture. The wide lead on the left edge of the seedling group is actually a small hosta growing in the bed against the sidewalk. These are growing in 4" square pots with about an inch between pots in each direction. My biggest concern is them getting too much water with all the rain we have had. I haven't made a plan yet of when I will plant them out but I do expect to have them out of pots and in the ground before winter.
I put a pop can next to some of the larger leaves for comparison.
