I will b planting soon. Probably start Sunday and plant all next week.

I have tomat oes. Afyer I get them in ground I plant my peppers. Then I have lots of basil seedlings. Last I plant my Eggplants.

On yes, I also will have home grown zuchinni seedlings and direct sow my cucumber plants.

I'm hoping to get a good crop of Zucchini this year....usually the squash bugs come in & destroy the plant...

The squash bugs kill my plants here eventually also. But by that time I have had a nice large crop of zuchinni. And shared with the neighborhood.

My zuchini seeds that I planted in cellpacks on Tuesday are strting to come up.

I planted two sixpacks so 12 seeds. Only one has yet to show up. Of course some are bigger than others.

I don't need 12 zuchini plants but wanted to sow enough to make sure I had plenty.

Am out planting tomato seedlings today. 23 planted and watered in today.

Tomorrow I will have to start by watering everyrhing I planted today and then start planting more seedlings.

Backyard cat population gettin g crazy. There are now TWO udentical pure black cats here. I think both males. What I have thought is one cat for weeks has probably been either. Because one is quite loud and yowly. One limps.

I though it odd that cat limped some days and not others.

Sounds like you should call animal control. Some one may have dumped them..

No animal control here. City Shelter went provate years afo and now is run by a bunch of volunteers. Not like it used to be.

Too bad....not good for the kitties to be running around loose without food or meds...

I am really frustrated. Three cats in my yard and always something cat wise going on. Lily runs to the door or window lots to see whats going on when they start the yowling at each other.

Nicki would do the same....

Both black cats here part of the day and one here all day. Yuck!! Too many cats.

My dear friend came over and we sat on the front porch. She brought her dogs and our dogs had a fun playdate.

I met a friend on the trail with her brown & white Boston terrier...she adopted it several years ago, & it was a handful....I haven't seen her in a year, & I was amazed at how good Rocket was....a perfect gentleman...meanwhile, Nicki is barking her fool head off in the car.....

Thank you for the sugestion but I think the neighbors here are working on the cat situation. Got one cat neutered but of course he is back now in my yard,

For the longest time I did not realize I had two identical black cats here. Not until they both showed up at the same time!!!
