I am a great grandmother as of five months ago. I finally got to meet her in person, what joy.

She is so cute Jo Ann. I have 5 greats. The youngest a 4 month old who was born 12 weeks early. He got out of hospital the day after his due date.

YUP, the south side is where I have crocus. I can look out my livingroom window and see them without putting on a coat.

I am thankfull we live in the burbs and only had to shovel the driveway.
The city is packed with abandoned cars, workers are attending to the mess in 40 hour shifts.
April cant get here soon enough.

There really isn't much to chat about in this weather.

I haven't posted all winter. I had to replace my old computer that crashed, and I lost almost all of my past edited photos. So I am getting what I can off the little camera cards and I have to rename and recatalog everything. Plus you are right...in the winter it is almost torture to think about gardening. Spring fever is starting to hit me though

What a horrible chore. At least you dont need to be gardening and recover photos.
Do yo have an back up program like Carbonite ?
I have it after I deleted several months of garden files.
It really saved my butt when I lost PICASA. That is my fav. photo editing program and it has been replaced by Google Photo which is krapp for what I like to do.
I remembered my back up and recovered the program from there.

Spring is coming, glad to say it. Robins are in the bare spots with the melting we are having but it looks like months befor I can get to the gardens.

I thought I was covered...famous last words. Had my photos on home and work computers, and backed up to flash drives from my work computer before it was replaced. Little did I know the new company had something in place to corrupt anything I saved to the flash drives, so there you go.
Yes, months to go until gardening season here too. I am waiting not very patiently.
