It certainly has become a challenge to have a greenhouse full of starter plants and then have the weather decide to go from hot to cold to hot again. Not a fun thing and I am not sure I am going to be happy until it settles down. But then again, I am a control freak and I can not control the weather so I need to suck it up and live with it. I guess that could be called the lesson for today. Have a good one.
Are you sending your heat from Ohio? Naughty of you. 70° & humid now & we had showers around noon. We knew those were coming & got our errands done. Bought a set of colored inks so it doesn't matter if the sneaky things run out.
The humidity is back and I'm not liking it one bit. I work in a kitchen from 6am to 2pm and the temps in the kitchen have been between 90 and 100 degrees. By the time I get home I have zip in energy to even walk to the garden and see whats going on. Guess it will all just wait til the weekend. Tomorrow is 90's and rain on the way.
Just getting home from a very hot day at work in the kitchen. It's now 4pm and it's 95 degrees out. Good thing I turned the ac on this morning before I went to work. It was like walking into paradise after today.
94° & have stayed inside today. AC window air conditioner broke the last Aug. heat day. We have a rather cool house & I could tell the difference when I came upstairs to use the computer.
