I have a couple Reckamp/Klehms that have been in the ground for 3 or more years. Two that do really well and multiply in my zone 5 are Choral Angel, and Apricot Serenade. Some of the Klehms I've had for several years have done well and multiply are Peach Procession, Summer Fragrance (very nice). Klehm's Raspberry Swirl is a very different looking DL and slow to multiply, but I don't care. Dynamic Apricot Ruffles was not a happy plant last summer. All the rest of my Reckamp/Klehms and Roy Klehms (about 120 of them) are in pots in the GH (Ruffles Forever, Prairie Ballet, Grandmother, Fringed Blessings, Carrot Snacks, Charlie, Techny Spider, and Old Time Rock N' Roll. Since these are all new to me, I can't report any history. I wanted to get them all in the ground last year, but life happens. So now I'll worry about them until spring. Crown rot is my biggest worry out there. I'm keeping them on the dry side this time. I hope that's the right thing to do.
