You're welcome Charles. Thumbs up I used to get some potassium nitrate from an online site but it was so expensive. The local Lowe's seems to always have the stump remover in stock. It's a small bottle but lasts a little over a month with my two banana plants.

Do you visit Bananas.org? They always have good info on fertilizers and where to get them. I haven't been over there in quite a while but I know several banana research type folks used to hang out there and they know their stuff.

@TexasPlumera87, Allen, I picked up some Stump Remover, read the label to be sure it has Potassium Nitrate in it. Mix up some epsom salts with them into a gallon of water and applied it to my trees. Then it occurred to me that maybe it wasn't to be applied in that way? I ASSumed that it was to be mixed in water. How do you apply?
