Iberian Ice. Love the delicacy of this DL, but it sure does have a hard time in cool weather.

Lindan Toole - another trooper, first to bloom and for 3+ months. That includes two sets of rebloom scapes. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a good pic today; it's a 1000 times better in real life than it appears here.

Living in Luxury (ah ... Smiling ) This was planted last autumn, sent up scapes in November and January, though then the flowers were far more white than now. Opens fairly decently in cold weather.

Ming Porcelain, also opens well, though the first two flowers had fairly blotchy color, but this bloom isn't too bad. I'll be interested to see what it does if we ever have warm weather again here. :)

Moon Over Monteray is also new for me this year. I had expected a whiter daylily with a yellow edge, though I'm pretty pleased with it right now. It doesn't seem to get hung up in cool weather, but the initial flowers' form wasn't quite up to par. Still, considering its registered high bud count (40 - which I actually can expect to see in the SF Bay Area), a few less-than-perfect initial flowers aren't a big deal.

Pink Intrigue does just fine in cool weather, and the color is pretty much the same even when it's warm. Extremely floriferous. Unfortunately, it is highly susceptible to rust, and since I've only handful that are, I am watching carefully to see whether it should stay in my garden. (The foliage is simply dreadful because of the rust.)

Is there an ugly thread out here? Smiling Spacecoast Fancy Dancer is definitely not a good cool weather opener; I haven't had a single bloom do well, yet.

Moon Over Monteray is really yummy Elizabete. All your blooms are beautiful. I'm especially interested in learning which are the cool weather openers Thank you for sharing that info.

Toothsome. This is one of the few DL's that turns more pastel in cool weather, and has a deeper pink color when it's warmer. Just wanted to add that Toothsome (for me) is also highly susceptible to rust.

Joy, I was actually thinking of you while writing this, because we do have such similar weather. (Though, I should add that that's only because I'm so close to the Bay; the rest of San Rafael is considerably (10-20 degrees) warmer.

Tropical Experience *only* in cool weather isn't a lovely peachy pastel. It is a good opener, however.

Tuscawilla Tranquillity - simply love her! The DL is very white, floriferous and overall does fine in cool weather.

Desert Moon FFO, a bonus that doesn't fit into my (hoped for) pastel color scheme. As far as I can tell it does well in cool weather.

Moon Over Monteray is my favorite. Funny how sometimes those bonus ones your think won't fit in end up being just what you need to jazz things up a little. I like that one.
